Founded in 2017 by directors, Ben Gilbert and Fergus Walling. We have expanded to a small team who are all dedicated to making your event, your way, anytime, anywhere to the highest possible standard.

Fergus has always had a passion for all things technical.
Fergus attended the University of West London, where he attained a BSc in Sound Engineering, at first class honours level. He has worked in numerous venues around the world, engineering sound for live music, corporate events, and theatre productions.

James Ridley
Technical Production manager
James has spent 25 years in the industry, equipping him with vast knowledge of the world of live sound.
Starting out in theatre sounds, he has a passion for showmanship. His work has taken him around the world, recording and mixing many artists, installing and operating corporate events for some of the worlds biggest brands.

Ben Gilbert

Lighting and Video specialist
Ben brings years of hands on experience and a wealth of knowledge to the Diffusion team.
Ben trained at The Brit School, then proceeded to complete his BA in "Creative Lighting Control" at Rose Bruford, London. Since then he has toured the world operating lighting and video on a wide range of productions.

Megan Gilbert
Project Co-ordinator
Megan is our newest member of the Diffusion team.
Megan brings management skills and project experience from high pressure environments. She has a passion for creating memorable experiences and her ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly, combined with excellent communication skills, have allowed her to build lasting relationships with clients and vendors alike.
